Pitch for this year's student magazine comic that didn't amount to anything, then a doodle to suss the direction of a creative writing assignment (strangely enough; I've not heard of anyone roughing things out in this order). They're nothing I would elaborate on for my personal comics, but if I had to pick a character embroiled amongst the monstrous and surreal, Jay would be it.
Quite like the brushes & modes I was using on these, though I don't recall a good part of what was involved; all I remember is that I sought to fuck around with my pen settings a bit more than usual.

Isaac told me he was lowkey losing his shit when the second image graced his facebook, because he has this massive fascination with elongated animals(? the only way to phrase it) and fucked up multijointed limbs. Everyone else told me its head looks like a penis. (I continue to maintain: if your penis looks like that, you should be seeing a doctor.)
