When Time Didn't Fly.

Everybody, I would like to introduce you to Candi and Polka, two characters who I have been meaning to showcase for a while.

These guys were conceptualized early this year during science class, in the first week where you don't really do anything: from there I've kinda just expanded on them, changing their designs and eventually isolating two characters as my own. I think there's been a bit of influence from Winnie the Pooh in the way I've tried to make their world a 'timeless childhood', and also maybe there's a tribute to ~silverarches (AKA Polkachu) too. That would explain the boy's name. :3

As for the picture, this was part of a layout I was making on my Bebo page, but UGH I hope you guys can tell I hate backgrounds.
(The worst part is that I had to like cut out 50% of the detail because they won't allow you to upload more than 40k, which is REALLY ANNOYING because jpg makes the file bigger and more ugly. granted most people use fancy photoshop effects that need jpgs)
I'm satisfied with how this turned out though, while it was pretty tedious I guess it was worth it. I am -not- putting this much effort into a layout next time, though. Ugh.
