I swear ya'll really better not reply to this one!
Just procrastinating during my mid-semester break and not sleeping, apparently. My gallery is looking horrendously dated, and I assure you I am better than that now. I do a lot of doodling but no finished pictures. I hope to tackle something in the main semester break, but I always say that. (I did try to start something, but I couldn't quite work out what I wanted in the poses and scrapped it. Plan ahead, folks.)
I guess I might as well babble a bit about the art ideas I have bubbling in my mind! After about six years of thinking and reworking, I've coalesced a lot of my characters and whatnot into comic narratives I'd like to draw someday. I've never been good with plots, so they're all quite short. But as an avid webcomic reader I know just how long stories can stretch out, and I'm happy that my writing tendencies have suddenly worked out for the best.
It's funny how fast time flies, isn't it? These little worlds have followed you as you grow up. I'd wager if you think about some of your own ideas, you'll find the same.
Other than that, I started university this year (zany upside-down shenanigans mean our schooling is half a year apart), and I'm probably getting by as well as anyone else. I live in a 100% asian family so I'm constantly concerned I'm not as on top of things as I should be, and while it's true, I'm really not doing so bad either. Hopefully all you northerners are doing well heading into your summer break, and us on the southern side will look forward to when the clock rolls round again!
